Opening Dates
Standard touring & camping pitches are available from the 1st March until the Monday after October half term.
Super pitches and rental accommodations are open all year round.
Booking Arrangements
Touring & Camping: 50% deposit to book (this is non refundable but can be moved with a minimum of 1 weeks notice) with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Rental accommodation: 50% deposit to book (this is non refundable but can be moved with a minimum of 3 weeks notice) with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Touring & Camping
Herdwick Croft Caravan Park is a small, secluded, yet well equipped site at the Northern end of Bassenthwaite Lake, within easy reach of the best of the English Lake District. The park has sites for your own caravan or touring vehicle.
Luxury Lodges
Situated on the edge of the park and with uninterrupted views of Skiddaw, our luxury 4 berth lodges offer modern and spacious open plan living, perfect for families and groups.
Holiday Home
The Crummock is a beautiful, homely well equipped, luxury holiday home is the perfect getaway for couples, families or friends.
Holiday Cottage
Sleeping up to eight people, Herdwick View boasts four luxurious, en-suite bedrooms; one on the ground floor with king size bed and walk-in shower in the bathroom, and three first floor bedrooms that have all been finished to the highest standard.
